1 flank steak or London broil 1/2 c. soy or 1/4 c. soy and 1/4 c. teriyaki Garlic salt and pepper Cut steak into strips no more than 1/4 inch thick. Thinner is best, partially frozen meat is easier to slice. Toss with soy in a bowl. Marinate a few minutes. Prepare baking sheets with foil and set a wire rack on top. Arrange strips on the wire rack in a single layer. Bake at 150 degrees overnight or 10 to 12 hours. Store after cooled in an airtight container. |
