DEER JERKY 
1 lb. deer meat
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Marinate, overnight, the above ingredients over 1 pound of thinly sliced deer meat. Arrange meat on baking sheet and bake at 140 degrees for 8 to 11 hours. Cooking time depends on the thinness of the deer meat.
