DEER JERKY 
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/3 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. MSG
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Couple drops Tabasco

For 1 pound to 1 1/2 pounds meat. Trim fat and marinate in refrigerator overnight, turn once in a while.

To cook drain on paper towels. Lay on oven rack in single layers. 120-140 degrees or pilaf light for 8-12 hours. Do not let oven door go closed.
