CHICKEN JERKY 
3 chickens, skinned and white meat only
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. garlic salt
2/3 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 tsp. onion powder
2/3 tsp. black pepper

Dice meat in 3/8-inch thick strips. Mix in large bowl, all ingredients then add meat. Marinate overnight.

Place on cookie sheets in oven or in dehydrator at 175°F for about 5-6 hours until dry, but not brittle (or over wood stove for 2-3 days.

Be sure it is dry before you store because of the bacterial growth in chicken.

Very easy recipe that results in incredible chicken jerky. I only marinated the meat for 2 hours and it was very flavorful.
