FROSTED CAULIFLOWER 
Steam or simmer whole head of cauliflower for approximately 20 minutes. Still on crispy side of tender.

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt and dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley

Beat 2 egg whites until stiff and fold these into mayonnaise mix. Coat cauliflower with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until frosting begins to brown. Remove whole to serving plate.
