CHEESE-FROSTED CAULIFLOWER 
1 head cauliflower
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard
3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese

Remove leaves and trim base from cauliflower; wash. Precook whole in boiling salted water for 12 minutes; drain. Place on ungreased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt.

Combine mayonnaise and mustard. Spread over cauliflower. Top with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serves 4-6.
