VEGETABLE CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 med. head broccoli
1 med. head cauliflower
2 carrots
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 stick butter
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. mixed pepper (lemon) or 1/2 - 1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Cut and micro (or steam) veggies just until tender. Melt butter and cream cheese. Add sour cream and seasonings. Drain veggies and combine with sauce in baking dish. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. 8 servings.
