EASY VEGETABLE CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 pkg. frozen brussel sprouts
1 can cheese soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Crushed potato chips

Empty can of soup in large casserole dish; mix. Thaw vegetables just enough to cut into smaller bite-size pieces. Mix all with soups right in the casserole dish. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Then sprinkle crushed potato chips on top and bake, uncovered for 15 minutes longer.
