MY FAVORITE EASY CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. or 2 lb. round steak, cut up in serving sizes
Chopped celery or onions
1 can beefy mushroom soup
1 can water
Carrots, cut up chunks
Potatoes, cut up chunks

Brown round steak in a skillet. Add onions, celery, soup, water, carrots and potatoes. Put a tight lid on the skillet and place in 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
