VEGETABLE/CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 can French cut string beans (drain 1/2 liquid)
1 can whole kernel corn (drain 1/2 liquid)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can sliced water chestnuts (drained)
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 box Ritz bits crackers (crushed)
1 cube butter (melted)

In a 9x12 Pyrex dish; layer string beans, corn, onion, water chestnuts and cheese.

In a small bowl blend together soup and sour cream. Pour soup mixture over cheese layer.

Mix together crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Layer cracker mixture over soup layer. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
