CRUSTY - TOPPED CAULIFLOWER 
1 lg. head cauliflower
2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2-3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook cauliflower whole in a covered pan with a small amount of boiling, salted water for 20 minutes or until tender. Drain. Combine mustard and mayonnaise and spread over cauliflower in a baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Serves 6.
