CRUSTY-TOPPED CAULIFLOWER 
1 lg. head cauliflower
1/2-3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Cook cauliflower in small amount of water for 20 minutes. Drain and place in flat pan.

Combine mustard, mayonnaise and cheese. Spread over cauliflower.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 6.
