POSTUM CAKE 
1 c. sugar
6 egg yolks
1 c. flour
3 tsp. postum (decaf. coffee)
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. baking powder
6 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt

Separate eggs, beat egg yolks with sugar and water. Mix flour postum, baking powder and salt together. Add to beaten egg yolks, fold mixture into stiffly beaten egg whites. Grease and flour tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Frost with 2 cartons whipping cream whipped with 6 tablespoons sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla.
