45 Minutes will typically over cook salmon. I suggest 20-25 Mins

Excellent! I made this recently and the whole family loved it. Like Mar-Tae says, it only needs to cook for about 25 minutes, but other than that, a fantastic recipe. I'm definitely making it again.

I've used this recipe three times now and it was a hit each time I served it.This is a wonderful marinade for salmon. I baked it for 20 minutes and then browned it under the broiler for 5 minutes and it was done to perfection. My husband and our dinner guests all loved it as did I.

Great recipe and I only had about 45 minutes to marinate. I will try again when I have more time. I had a 2 lb filet of salmon, baked it about 25 minutes and it was cooked perfectly. I served it with a curried rice.

This has become the ONLY recipe I use when making salmon. It tastes wonderful and I have received many compliments when I have made it for others, even from people who aren't super big on salmon. I also agree that 25 minutes is enough for it to bake, and have decided to try Jan's tip about broiling it for the last 5 minutes.
