APRICOT-ORANGE MARMALADE | |
1 lb. dried apricots 2 lemons 12 sour oranges 4 lb. sugar Wash apricots, let stand overnight in water enough to cover. Peel oranges and lemons, cut off yellow peel, discard the white peel, remove white pulp and seeds. Put pulp and apricots through the food chopper then add the water the apricots were soaked in and the sugar. Boil over slow fire until thick. Seal. |
