HAYSTACKS (AMISH) 
1 lb. white chocolate
2 cups broken pretzel sticks
1 cup unsalted peanuts

A Note About Ingredients:

Choose good quality real white chocolate for best results. Bachman Pretzels in the small individual boxes work well; or the thinner, the better! Don't use salted peanuts for this recipe.

Melt the chocolate using your preferred method, and stir until smooth.

Add pretzels and peanuts immediately and stir until well coated.

Pour onto a buttered jelly roll pan and spread evenly.

Let cool in refrigerator, covered with wax paper.

Break into bite size pieces.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
