SAVORY CAULIFLOWER GO - ROUND 
1 sm. head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli, separated into stalks
1 lb. sm. carrots, peeled
1/3 c. water
1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, sliced

Set cauliflower in center of 3-quart microwave-proof casserole. Surround with broccoli, arrange carrots around edge. Add water, cover and cook in microwave oven on high for 9 to 11 minutes. Combine mayonnaise, onion and mustard and blend well. Spread over cauliflower. Overlap cheese slices on top of broccoli and cauliflower. Leave uncovered and cook another 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until cheese begins to melt. Serves 6 to 8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
