CAKE:

1 box yellow butter cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges, don't drain
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Mix all together and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 box vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Mix pudding and pineapple together, then add Cool Whip. Ice cake when it has cooled for 30 minutes.

This cake can be baked in 2 round 8 inch pans or an oblong cake pan.
