PIG PICKIN' CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1/2 c. cooking oil 4 eggs 1 can mandarin oranges, undrained Mix all ingredients together. Bake according to package directions in three 8 inch or 9 inch layer pans. When layers are cool, fill and frost with the following: 1 pkg. INSTANT vanilla pudding 1 med. can crushed pineapple, lightly drained 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip Mix pudding powder and pineapple well. Fold in Cool Whip and frost cake. This cake keeps very well. It must be refrigerated. I have frozen the complete cake and it was just as good as freshly made. |
