MONTEREY CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. cottage cheese
3 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tomato, coarsely chopped
1 (4 oz.) green chilies
3 c. chopped cooked chicken
3 c. cooked rice, cooked in chicken broth
1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese

Blend cottage cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream until smooth. Add to remaining ingredients. Pour into 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
