PIG PICKIN' CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. Wesson oil
11 oz. can mandarin oranges and juice
4 eggs

ICING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
3 oz. instant vanilla pudding
10 oz. Cool Whip

Mix eggs, oil, cake mix, oranges and juice. Mix well with mixer. Pour batter into 3 greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.

ICING: Mix crushed pineapple, pudding and Cool Whip. Refrigerate until thick. Spread between and on top of layers. Better if prepared a day before serving.
