GREEN RICE 
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. celery
1 stick butter
2 pkg. chopped broccoli
3/4 c. american cheese
1 3/4 c. rice, cooked
1 c. water chestnuts
1 c. mushroom soup

Sauté onions and celery in butter until tender. Thaw broccoli. Mix these ingredients well. Add cheese, water chestnuts, rice and mushroom soup.

Bake in 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
