GREAT MEATLOAF 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2/3 c. Pepperidge Farm dry stuffing
2 tbsp. instant minced onions
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 drops hot pepper sauce
2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. summer savory
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 pkg. (1 3/4 oz.) Knorr's cream of leek soup mix
1 c. water
3 strips bacon, optional

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except soup mix, water and bacon. Blend soup mix and water. Add to meat mixture. Mix thoroughly and put into 9x5 inch loaf pan.

Put bacon on top. Bake 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Makes great sandwiches.
