2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. hot sausage
1 diced onion
2 c. cooked tomato
8 oz. herb seasoned stuffing mix
Salt and pepper to taste

Soak stuffing in tomatoes. Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
