1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. herb stuffing mix
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. onion, chopped
Catsup & parsley flakes

Mix ingredients. Shape in baking dish. Bake for 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Before cutting into slices, spread top of meat loaf with catsup and sprinkle parsley flakes over catsup.
