STUFFED MEATLOAF 
2 lb. hamburger
1 egg
4 lb. saltine crackers
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/8 c. catsup
Salt
Pepper
1 box frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
6-8 slices cheddar cheese (3x3)
1 pkg. pressed or thin sliced ham
1 sm. can tomato sauce

Thaw and chop vegetables. Mix hamburger, egg, crackers, Worcestershire, catsup, salt and pepper. Press half of mixture into bottom of approximately 8 x 12 inch baking pan, place cheese slices within 1/2 inch of edges of pan, arrange vegetables on top of cheese, then the ham slices. Cover with remaining half of hamburger mixture. Pour can of tomato sauce on top. Bake approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
