ROLLED STUFFED MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground veal
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. blk. pepper
3 strips bacon

CELERY STUFFING:

1 1/2 c. soft breadcrumbs
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. ground sage
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. diced onion
1/4 c. diced celery
1 tbsp. diced green pepper

Mix: meat with salt and pepper. Knead mixture well and shape into a rectangle. Mix: breadcrumbs, sage, onions, celery, water and seasoning salt.

Spread celery stuffing over meat and roll up like a jelly roll. Place roll in a loaf pan and lay bacon strips over top. Place in a cold oven. Set temperature for 375 degrees and bake for 3 hours (or until done).
