SOUR CREAM STUFFED MEATLOAF 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. soft bread cubes
1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix hamburger, sour cream, green pepper, parsley, salt and pepper in large bowl. Set aside. For stuffing, saute onion and celery until soft. Add remaining ingredients to this mixture. Mix 1/3 of the stuffing with the meat mixture. In a loaf pan, layer 1/2 of the meat mixture in the bottom. Spread remaining stuffing over this layer and top with remaining meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
