PECAN-SUGAR PIE CRUST 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
Chopped pecans

Cut butter into flour until very fine and grainy. Stir in sugar and chopped pecans. Press into Pyrex pie plate (2). Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Add the pudding filling (homemade or boxed) of your choice. Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
