TIM'S LEMON PEPPER WINGS 
Recipe may doubled or tripled.

WINGS:

10 chicken wings
vegetable oil (for deep frying)
seasoning salt (Lawry's)
black pepper

Lay out the chicken wings and sprinkle seasoning salt and black pepper over all. Add enough grease into a frying pot (I use an old iron kettle) to deep fry wings. Heat grease to deep-frying temperature (about 360°F).

Drop the wings into hot grease. Remove when golden brown.

LEMON PEPPER SEASONING:

1 1/3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
seasoning salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp. lemon juice

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter. Add oil, seasoning salt, pepper and lemon juice - mix well.

Put wings in a Ziploc style bag (or container with lid). Shake until all the chicken is covered.

Serve and enjoy!
