CAULIFLOWER CHEESE DILLY 
1 med. head cauliflower
4 tbsp. butter, melted
4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dill weed (optional)
1 clove garlic
Salt & pepper

Cut cauliflower into flowerets and cook. Drain and spoon into au-gratin dish or serving bowl. To butter add 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, dill weed and garlic mix with hot cauliflower and season until taste. Place under broiler about 6 inches from heat for 10 minutes or until brown.
