QUICK & TASTY MEATLOAF 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 can Campbell's French onion soup (not diluted)
Pam spray

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray loaf pan with Pam spray to coat. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until blended. Turn mixture into prepared loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes or until browned with crispy edges. Serve with rice and enjoy!

My neighbor gave me this recipe and I have made this meatloaf for years! Only she used 2 lbs. of ground beef. I grind the stuffing mix to a powder (or whatever consistency you prefer). She cooked it on a foil lined broiler pan, that way the loaf doesn't sit in the grease. She used half ground turkey and half ground beef. I just use beef. I bake it at 375°F for 1 1/2 hours.
