MEAT LOAF QUICK SAVORY | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 egg beaten 1/4 c. milk 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup (undiluted) 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. tomato catsup 1 tbsp. horseradish 1 c. dry bread crumbs 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/4 c. minced green pepper 1/4 c. minced celery 1 sm. onion, grated Combine ground beef, egg, milk and 1/4 can tomato soup. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in a shallow baking dish and shape into a 5x10 inch loaf. Spread with remaining soup. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for approximately 1 hour or 1 hour 15 minutes. |
