2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
pinch of salt
1 egg
1 tsp. lemon flavoring

Mix together and strain.

Bake in unbaked pie shell at 400°F for 10 minutes; turn oven down to 300°F and bake until done.
