HAMBURGER POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 med. potatoes
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 - 1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

Pare and slice potatoes into well buttered casserole. Brown hamburger in skillet and add onion and celery. Add soup, salt and milk and heat thoroughly. Pour over sliced potatoes. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until done. Buttered crumbs may be added the last 15 minutes if desired.
