GROUND BEEF & POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
4 med. potatoes, pared & sliced thin
Salt & pepper
1 med. onion, sliced thin
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can vegetable soup, undiluted

Line a 1 1/2 quart casserole with beef. Fill center with potatoes and onion. Season to taste. Pour undiluted chicken and vegetable soup over all. Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours in 350 degree oven.
