POLISH SAUSAGE WITH RED CABBAGE 
1 head red cabbage
Boiling water
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. beef broth (1/2 c. for step #2, add rest if needed)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
3/4 lb. kielbasa, chopped
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch or flour
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. sesame seed
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Place cabbage in colander. Pour boiling water over cabbage. Drain well.

Melt butter in large pot. Add cabbage. Stir in lemon juice. Cook and stir about 5 minutes until cabbage is pink. Add broth and spices. Cover and simmer on medium low heat for 45 minutes.

Mix sugar and cornstarch. Stir into liquid. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, add sausage and cover. Cook 30 minutes.
