POLISH SAUSAGE AND CABBAGE 
1 lg. Spanish onion
1 lg. head green cabbage
1 link Polish kielbasa

In electric fry pan slice onion and Polish sausage in coin size pieces; cook slowly. Shred cabbage into large heavy kettle; add cooked onions and meat. Do not add any liquid. Cook on low heat for 2-3 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes.
