1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Hershey kisses

Cream together shortening and peanut butter; add in both sugars; add in and beat egg, vanilla and milk; then add flour, soda, and salt. Roll into 1 inch balls then roll in sugar. Use ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Put kisses on top immediately upon taking out of oven.
