HERSHEY KISSES PEANUT BUTTER
COOKIES
 
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. shortening
1 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Sugar
120 milk chocolate kisses (2 - 9 oz.) bags
2 tsp. vanilla

Oven: 375 degrees. Combine sugar, brown sugar, shortening, peanut butter, milk, vanilla and eggs. Blend until smooth. Lightly spoon flour into cup; level off. Stir in flour, soda and salt. Mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls; roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 12 minutes until light golden brown. Immediately top each cookie with an unwrapped kiss. press down firmly so cookie cracks around edge, and bake 2 minutes longer. Remove cookies from baking sheets and cool immediately.
