SPAGHETTI MEAT SAUCE 
17 lb. ground beef
2 lb. chopped onions
1/4 c. salt
2 qts. tomato paste
1 #10 tomato sauce
2 lb. green pepper
1 lb. celery, chopped
4 lb. cooked spaghetti
1/4 tsp. salt

Brown beef, onion and salt. Drain off fat. Add meat to other ingredients. Cook slowly for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add cooked spaghetti and bake 30 minutes. May add cheese if desired.

NOTE: For 100 people, 30 to 36 pounces ground beef for hamburgers. Serves 100.
