CRAB MEAT HOT DISH 
2 c. white sauce, thick
3 cans crab meat, flaked
2 pimentos, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. dry mustard
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
4 eggs, hard-boiled, chopped
1 tsp. onion, chopped
Buttered bread crumbs (rusk or soft bread)

Mix all ingredients together except bread crumbs. Place in shells or casserole dish. Cover with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
