CRAB MEAT HOT DIP 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans crabmeat or imitation crab
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. sherry
1 tsp. onion juice
Dash of seasoned salt

Heat together in pan. Serve warm with crackers.
