HOT CRAB MEAT SPREAD | |
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 6 oz. can crab meat, drained and flaked 1/2 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. finely chopped green onions 1 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/3 c. toasted sliced almonds Heat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl combine all ingredients, except almonds and mix well. Spread in ungreased 9 inch pie pan or shallow 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve with crackers. Makes 2 cups. |
