ARTICHOKE DIP 
2 cans artichoke hearts (14 oz. cans)
1 pkg. Good Seasons Salad Dressing (Italian)
1 pt. mayonnaise

Puree artichoke hearts and combine with salad dressing mix and mayonnaise. Place in a 2 quart glass dish. Microwave for 6 minutes, stirring once. Serve hot or cold with crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
