QUICK AND EASY ARTICHOKE DIP 
2 cans artichoke hearts
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Strain artichoke hearts and chop up. Stir in mayonnaise and cheese. Heat, covered, at 350 for 20 minutes. Uncover and heat for additional 10 minutes.
