QUICK GARLIC BEAN DIP 
1/3 c. Best Foods Real Light or Cholesterol Free Reduced Calorie Mayonnaise
1 (16 oz.) can garbanzo beans (chick peas), drained
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt

In food processor combine all ingredients. Process 1 minute or until smooth, scraping bowl twice. Makes 1 1/2 cups.

I replaced the mayo with Fage plain yogurt and I didn't have any parsley so I added about 10 baby spinach leaves...came out excellent!
