QUICK NACHO DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 (8 oz.) jar picante sauce
1 1/4 oz. envelope taco seasoning mix
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook first 3 ingredients in large skillet. Stir to crumble meat. Drain. Add beans, picante sauce and taco seasoning. Cook over medium heat until well heated. Spoon into 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave on medium heat 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with taco chips. Makes 4 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
