ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
5 sm. cans artichoke hearts

Drain artichokes and mash them. Add mayonnaise and cheese. Mix well and place in low baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden on edges. May be microwaved. Serve with crackers and serving knife.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
