HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of red pepper

Combine all ingredients and place in square baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with crackers.
